Refunds and Cancellations Policy


We want you to be happy with the services you purchase from us. We will refund your current months fees for our services as long as the following conditions are met:

- You must write to us, informing us that you wish a refund. Please write to us at
- You MUST inform us that you require a refund within seven days of your most recent monthly payment.
- Please provide your original World Pay agreement number, along with your Ebay Seller ID and/or Store Name, this will help us locate your order more quickly.
- Our service is in some way found to be faulty, i.e. we have not been tweeting your content.

Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card, or paypal account you used to make the original payment to us. If you wish to claim a refund, please write to us at, within the timeframes mentioned above.


You may cancel your agreement with us at any time. If you would like to cancel your agreement with us, please write to us at, quoting the World Pay agreement number you received upon sign-up. To help us provide a better service for all our customers, it would help us if you could let us know why you want to cancel your agreement with us.
